Chip Williams with Keller Williams, is an awesome, personable, courteous professional and works extremely hard to sell your house and help you find the right property. I had been in my home for over 30 years, and it was time to downsize. This wasn’t an easy decision, but he worked with me on it. First we looked at what was available, and I finally decided on a smaller home with a small yard where the building had just been started. We decided what the best time frame was for listing the house . Chip was very detailed about what I needed to do to get it into top shape to sell. He walked through several times, helped me find a great Handiman for a few items and made sure all my questions were answered. He helped me determine the right price to sell quickly before my new house would soon be ready. It was listed right after Christmas, and Chip walked the neighborhood and rang doorbells telling people about it. He handed out invitations to the open house through out the neighborhood as well. Within two weeks I had multiple good offers and sold it as a cash deal for full price. What could be better! He helped throughout the appraisal, inspection period, and dealt effectively with a somewhat difficult realtor.
