Kristen Williams
Director of Operations
Kristen is a lifelong Floridian and assumes the role of Director of Operations, utilizing her MBA and two decades of experience from corporate audit and leading a network marketing sales team. She dedicates herself to refining systems and processes to surpass the expectations of both clients and partners. Her main duties are overseeing finance, recruitment, and marketing, but her real job is wife to Chip Williams. Together, they aspire to cultivate lifelong trust with their clientele. When she is not on the field watching her two teenage boys play their respective sports, you can find Kristen baking sourdough, planning the next travel adventure, and enjoying the coast.
